Join the Palace Circle
A small group of Tallahassee creators and locals who film honest visits to Palace and earn rewards toward their next weekday visit.
How it works
- Apply below. It takes about three minutes, and we read every application.
- If it is a fit, you book a visit during our quiet hours, Tuesday through Thursday between 10 AM and 2 PM, pay the regular price like any guest, and film it your way. Other days and times are considered case by case.
- Within seven days, you share one short vertical video and a few Stories about your visit, with a clear disclosure. Each qualifying video earns a Palace reward toward your next weekday visit.
What participants receive
- A Palace reward for every qualifying video, applied to your next Tuesday-through-Thursday visit. General terms are in the application; exact card terms are shared after acceptance.
- A chair planned near the window when available, on a calm weekday, with a technician chosen for your service.
- Palace may feature qualifying content on Instagram or Facebook after it passes our reuse check, and you receive a personal Circle code your followers can mention on their first weekday visit. The code does not create a separate offer; it lets us credit the referral.
- Additional rewards as your code brings in first-time weekday guests.
What we ask
- One short vertical video (15 to 45 seconds) on Instagram Reels, TikTok, or Facebook Reels within seven days of each visit, ideally as a collab post with us, plus two or three Stories on the day.
- A clear disclosure in the video and caption, and the platform's paid partnership, branded content, or commercial content label where available, since you receive a reward.
- The original video file, plus a version without music, so we can share it on our own channels and in our ads.
Who we are looking for
- Professionals who work downtown or around the Capitol and know what a real lunch break looks like.
- Parents in Northeast Tallahassee who treat a weekday morning as their own.
- Healthcare workers coming off a long shift.
- Palace regulars who already film their nail days.
- Later in the season, an FSU and a FAMU student who plan gameday and homecoming nails early in the week.
Follower count matters less to us than how much of your audience actually lives here.
Good to know
- You must be 18 or older and live, work, or study in Leon County.
- Circle visits are planned for our quiet hours, Tuesday through Thursday between 10 AM and 2 PM, with other times considered case by case. Circle rewards are for Tuesday through Thursday visits.
- Nail art appointments are by advance booking and limited each month.
- Bring a friend if you like. Their service is booked at regular price.
FAQ
Is there a cash fee?
Palace does not pay a cash creator fee, and there is no application or program fee. Participants pay the regular service price and earn a gift card only after completing the objective content requirements.
Who owns the video?
You do. Under the final agreement, you permit Palace to share delivered content on Palace-owned channels and to use it in ads, with your disclosure kept intact.
Can I film other guests or staff?
Please film your own service only, and do not record other guests or staff conversations. Palace requires permission from everyone who is identifiable or audible.
What if I cannot make a visit?
Let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we will move it. Two missed visits without notice end your spot.

Privacy
Palace uses your application to evaluate and contact you about this Circle. Access is limited to the Palace owners and authorized service providers. Applications not selected are deleted after 90 days unless you separately ask us to keep yours for a future Circle. Accepted application and agreement records are retained as needed for program, tax, and legal records. Deletion applies to working copies under Palace's control, subject to provider backup cycles and legal retention duties. Applying does not add you to Palace marketing email or text messages. Do not submit tax identification numbers or sensitive financial information in this form.
