Palace Nail Spa respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
If you join our email list, we collect the name and email address you give us. If you contact us, we keep what you send so we can reply. Our booking system (NailSoft) collects the details you enter when you reserve a visit.
How we use it
We use your email to send the updates and perks you asked for, once or twice a month. We never sell your information, and we never share it for anyone else's marketing.
Who helps us
We use Brevo to send our emails and Google Analytics to understand, anonymously, how people use our site. Both act on our instructions.
Your choices
Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and one click removes you. You can also write to hello@palacenailspatallahassee.com and we'll take care of it, including deleting your information on request.
