Welcome to Palace Nail Spa. Here's what to expect on your first visit to our Midtown Tallahassee salon at 421 E Tennessee St, Suite 1.
When you arrive, you'll choose your service and we'll talk through shape, length, and design, from a quick gel manicure to an Apres Gel-X set (from $60) with custom art. Settle in and get comfortable while your nail artist confirms the details of your service. Our nail artists create it in a clean, calm space, and on-site parking makes it easy.
Walk-ins are always welcome. Reservations are strongly recommended Friday through Sunday and for custom nail art. Plan on about 30 minutes for a Classic Pedicure, 75 to 90 minutes for a Gel-X full set, 45 to 60 minutes for a gel manicure, and 30 to 45 minutes more for custom nail art. We're closed Mondays and open until 7:00 PM Tuesday through Saturday.

What to bring
- Bring an inspiration photo and point out the details that matter most: color, shape, length, finish, and placement.
- Wear or bring open-toe shoes or sandals so fresh polish is not smudged on the way out, and choose pants that roll up above the calf so the soak and massage are easy.
- Tell us when you reserve which product is already on your nails, including work from another salon.

What we confirm before we begin
Decide whether you want regular polish or gel polish before choosing a color. Color options can differ between the two, so ask to see the choices for your preferred finish. If you are considering a different finish, ask how it changes the service, price and timing before you decide.
Before we begin, we confirm the service, any removal, length or shape charges, nail-art level, add-ons, estimated total, and expected service time. If you change the service after we start, we explain any added price or time first.
Our extraction and ventilation system runs throughout the day and is serviced on a regular schedule, so the salon stays fresh from the moment you sit down.
What to note for next time
If you would like a similar look next time, keep a photo of your finished nails and note the shape, length, color, and service. You can add a preferred nail artist or style to your booking notes, or tell us by phone. We will do our best to match your request based on availability. Bring the photo so we can discuss the look and any adjustments needed for your current nails.
