Yes. Palace Nail Spa is open Sundays from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are also open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and closed Mondays. Walk-ins are always welcome. Reservations are strongly recommended Friday through Sunday and for custom nail art. Reserve ahead or call before coming close to closing time so we can discuss what fits.

We are closed Mondays so our team can rest and reset. We are open Tuesday through Saturday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are popular days, so reserving ahead is highly recommended.

It depends on your available time, travel, and the service you choose. A gel manicure is planned for about 45 to 60 minutes, and a polish change is our most express option on the menu. Tell us your time window when you reserve, including any removal or custom nail art, and we will tell you honestly whether the service fits. Allow separately for check-in, any wait, and travel back to work.

No. Palace Nail Spa in Midtown Tallahassee does not currently require a deposit for regular appointments, including reservations made online. Book the service you want, arrive on time, and pay when your service is finished. If plans change, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead when you can. Group reservations of three or more do not require a deposit either; please call ahead so we can plan seating and timing together. See our policies page for current details.

Yes. Every dollar you spend at Palace earns one point, and 300 points takes $10 off a future visit. Points are tracked at checkout, so there is nothing to carry. Ask the front desk for your balance at any visit.

Palace Nail Spa offers Gel-X full sets in Midtown Tallahassee at 421 E Tennessee St, Suite 1. Full sets start at $60 on our current menu. We are open Tuesday through Saturday until 7:00 PM and Sundays from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Include any removal or custom nail art when you reserve so we can discuss the expected total and time.

Builder Gel adds structure over your natural nails. Gel-X uses full-cover soft-gel tips to add length. The choice depends on your nail condition, the length and design you want, and the maintenance that fits your plans. We will discuss the options for your nails before starting. Both full-set services start at $60 on our current menu; added tips for Builder Gel are listed separately.

At Palace Nail Spa in Midtown Tallahassee, gel manicures start around $40 (classic manicure plus gel), an Apres Gel-X full set starts at $60, and Builder Gel (BIAB) starts at $60. Prices start at the listed amount and vary with length and design. Paying with cash always gets you our best price on every service. Our menu shows cash prices, the card price for debit and credit is 3% higher, and both prices are shown for every service.

Yes. Dip Powder starts at $50, Dip Pink & White starts at $55, and added tips are $5 on our current menu. At Palace, an acrylic full set with regular polish starts at $35, and an acrylic set finished with gel polish or dip-powder color starts at $50. Yes. We offer French tips, chrome, cat-eye, and hand-painted designs. Tell us whether you want regular polish or gel so we can check the colors and finishes available for that service. Choose Gel-X when you want added length with full-cover soft-gel tips. Consider Builder Gel when you want structure over your natural nails, or dip powder for a powder-color service with or without added tips. Plan on 75 to 90 minutes for a Gel-X full set, 45 to 60 minutes for a gel manicure, and 30 to 45 minutes more when you add custom nail art. Removal of a previous set adds time as well. Yes. Tell us when you reserve which product is already on your nails, including work from another salon. If you know the brand or product name, bring that information; if you are unsure, tell us. Removal needs, the method, and any separate charge depend on the actual product and nail condition, so we assess it before confirming the service plan and estimated total. Work applied at another salon is not covered by our 1-Week Promise. Please do not peel or pry the product off before your visit. Ask your nail artist when to return for the product used on your nails, taking nail growth, length, condition, and daily use into account. A gel-polish refresh, a Builder Gel fill, and a new Gel-X set are different services. Rebooking before you leave can help you plan. If product lifts, chips, or becomes uncomfortable sooner, call the salon instead of waiting for your planned visit.

Call Palace as soon as possible with your appointment date, the service you received, and when you first noticed the issue. Under our 1-Week Promise, if gel polish, Gel-X, or Builder Gel applied at Palace lifts, chips, or peels within 7 days of your appointment, we schedule a complimentary touch-up when available. Impact damage, picking or biting, snags from extra length, work or activities that stress the nails, products from another salon, or a change of mind about color or design are not covered and may need a paid repair. Wear varies by product, nail condition, length, and daily use. Ask what wear and maintenance to expect for the specific service you book. Early lifting or chipping can have several causes and should be assessed rather than blamed on one factor. Gel-polish removal and reapplication differ from a Builder Gel fill. Call us if you notice early lifting or chipping instead of waiting for your next appointment.

Please tell your nail artist or the front desk before you leave so we can look at your concern together. Point out shape, length, or color as early as possible, ideally before color or detailed art begins. If something is not right before you leave, tell your nail artist or the front desk. Group reservations of three or more do not require a deposit. Sitting together and starting or finishing at the same time depend on the artists, chairs, and services available.

Yes. Our Princess services include a manicure starting at $20 and a pedicure starting at $30, with polish changes available too. Let us know which service you would like when booking. Children should be supervised during their visit. See the current menu for options and listed prices.

Start with the steps you want and the time you have. The Classic covers the essentials. The Deluxe adds hot stones, cooling gel, and a second warm towel wrap. The Palace Pedicure is our Palace Signature, with a scrub, collagen cream mask, hot stones, and two warm towel wraps. Compare the longer tiers for additional steps. Regular polish is included; gel polish is an add-on. Ask us to confirm the inclusions and expected time before you choose.

The Diamond VIP Luxury Pedicure is planned for about 70 minutes and starts at $93 as a cash price. It includes collagen gloves with a hand massage, rose petals, a steam treatment, a sugar scrub and mask, three hot towel wraps, hot stones, an orange slice massage, a warm oil candle massage, and collagen socks. The hand massage is part of this pedicure, not a full manicure. Regular polish is included, and gel polish is an add-on. Removal and other extras can add time or cost.

A Classic Pedicure is planned for about 30 minutes, and the longer tiers run up to about 70 minutes for the Diamond VIP. Removal, repairs, gel polish, French tips, or nail art can add time. Tell us about those needs when you book, and ask us to confirm the current estimate before your service begins. We will never rush you out of the chair.

Yes. Men are always welcome at Palace for manicures and pedicures. Choose the service and finish you prefer, including no polish. Tell us about your preferences before we start so we can discuss the options.

Yes. Every service includes a complimentary drink. Our options include water, lemonade, orange juice, and soft drinks. Ask your nail artist what is available on the menu that day.

Yes. Tell your nail artist about your preferred water temperature, massage pressure, or any step you would like to skip. Let us know if your seat or hand position feels uncomfortable, and speak up right away about uncomfortable heat, pressure, or pulling during your service. We will discuss the adjustments available. If you have a medical condition or a concern about your skin or nails, ask your healthcare provider before booking.

Call with your guest count, preferred date, each person's service, and any time everyone needs to leave. Sitting together depends on the artists and chairs available that day. Ask whether services would start together or at different times; different services can also finish at different times. If you would like to add another guest or change a service, call so we can check availability. Please call ahead for groups of three or more; no deposit is required. A reservation does not assure that everyone starts or finishes together.

Wear or bring open-toe shoes or sandals so fresh polish is not smudged on the way out, and choose pants that roll up above the calf so the soak and massage are easy. You do not need to bring anything else. If you choose gel polish, it is cured under the lamp and ready when you leave; regular polish needs time to dry, so allow extra time before putting on closed shoes. Tell your nail artist about any tender spots or preferences before the service starts.

Tell us before booking about any known sensitivity, allergy, or ingredient you avoid. We can review product labels with you and explain the service options available, but a salon cannot diagnose an allergy or promise that a product will not cause a reaction. We push cuticles back and trim only dead, lifted tissue rather than live skin. If you prefer no trimming at all, tell us before we start. If anything feels tender during your service, tell your nail artist right away and we will adjust. Single-use files and buffers and metal implements disinfected between guests are standard for every service at Palace.

No. Our pedicures provide cosmetic nail and skin care. We do not diagnose or treat ingrown toenails, infections or other medical foot conditions. If a toe is painful, red, swollen or draining, contact a podiatrist or your healthcare provider before booking. Follow their advice about when a cosmetic pedicure is appropriate, and tell us about any remaining concerns before your service. Once the area has healed, we are glad to care for your nails and skin as part of a regular pedicure.
