Our Policies

Your time with us should feel easy and special from the moment you book. Here's how we take care of you.

Booking & Walk-ins

Book ahead for Gel-X, Builder Gel, custom nail art, and groups so we can save the right amount of time just for you. Prefer to drop by? Walk-ins are always welcome when we have space — reserve your spot online anytime.

No Deposit Required

We don't require a deposit for regular appointments. Please reserve the right service and arrive on time so we can give every guest the full experience they deserve.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead when you can. Guests with repeated no-shows may be asked to book by phone or text so we can help pick the right time and service.

Late Arrivals

Life happens, and we completely understand. A quick call or text helps us take care of you. We'll hold your spot for 15 minutes; after that we may gently shorten or reschedule your service so every guest gets the time they deserve.

Product Removal

If you currently have acrylic, Gel-X, dip, or builder gel from another salon, please book a removal add-on or text us a photo before your visit. Removal may require extra time and cost, and we'll make sure there's time for a gentle, healthy soak-off.

Custom Nail Art & Design Quotes

We love a creative challenge. Bring or text inspiration photos and we'll confirm the perfect design level, price, and time before we begin — so there are no surprises at checkout.

Our 1-Week Promise

We stand behind our work. If your gel polish, Gel-X, or builder gel lifts, chips, or peels within 7 days from normal wear, send us a quick photo and we'll schedule a complimentary fix as soon as we can. This covers the original service only. Damage from impact, picking, biting, extra length, outside work, or everyday wear isn't covered and may need a paid repair — but we'll always do our best to make it right.

Aftercare & Maintenance

A few simple habits go a long way: apply cuticle oil daily, avoid picking or peeling, wear gloves around harsh chemicals, and try not to use your nails as tools. Most sets love a refresh every 2–4 weeks (Gel-X 3–4 weeks; pedicures about every 4).

Payments

We accept cash, debit, and credit. A 3% surcharge applies to credit card payments only — cash and debit are never surcharged. Tips are always appreciated, and cash tips go straight to your artist. Your balance is due at the end of your service.

Guests & Children

To keep the salon relaxing and safe for everyone, we kindly ask that extra guests join only if they're also being pampered, and that little ones are supervised at all times. Your comfort and safety are always our priority.

Gift Cards

Gift cards make a lovely present for birthdays, holidays, and special occasions. Online gift cards are coming soon — ask us in the salon in the meantime.

Clean Tools & Sanitation

Metal implements are cleaned and disinfected between guests, single-use files and buffers are never reused, and pedicure liners are used for each service. Our team follows Florida salon sanitation standards so you can relax from the moment you sit down.
