Receptionist at Palace Nail Spa
Palace is a family owned nail lounge in the heart of Midtown Tallahassee, and our front desk is the first hello every guest receives. We are hiring a part-time receptionist to welcome guests, keep our days organized, and make every visit feel easy from the moment someone walks in.
What you will do
- Greet guests and check them in
- Answer calls and texts, and book appointments
- Keep the front desk and waiting area calm and tidy
- Help guests with questions about services and pricing
- Support the team on our busiest days
The details
- Part-time, around 20 hours per week
- Evenings and weekends included. Our busiest times are Friday afternoons, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Salon hours: Tuesday to Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM, Sunday 11 AM to 5 PM, closed Monday
- Fluent, professional English is essential
- No nail experience needed. We will teach you everything about our services.
