Are Luxury Pedicures Worth It?
3 minute read
Are luxury pedicures worth it? The honest answer depends on what you want the hour to do. A classic pedicure gets your feet clean, neat, and polished. A luxury pedicure buys depth: more time in the chair, richer treatment, and a finish that holds up longer. Pedicures run from $35 (cash price) to the Diamond VIP Luxury at the top of the menu, and this guide walks the ladder honestly.
The same clean start, every time
Every pedicure at Palace begins with a fresh single-use liner in the basin, cleaned and disinfected tools, and single-use files and buffers. That part never changes, whichever tier you pick. What changes is everything layered on top.

Mostly, you're buying time and depth. A classic runs about 30 minutes. The top tiers run closer to 60 to 70, and almost all of that extra time goes into your legs and feet: longer massage, sugar scrub, a mask, and hot towel wraps. Feet that have carried you through a long season on hard floors notice the difference for weeks, not days.
What the Diamond VIP actually adds
Read the top row of that table closely, because the Diamond VIP is the clearest picture of what luxury means here: warm collagen gloves and a hand massage while your feet soak, a steam treatment, hot stones, an orange slice massage, a warm oil candle massage, and collagen socks to seal it all in, one unhurried step after another. That is about 70 minutes of layered care instead of a quick tidy. None of it is required for healthy feet; the Classic quietly handles that part. The Diamond exists for the days when the point is not maintenance but restoration, and it earns its place on the menu one step at a time.
When it's worth it
Before a trip or a wedding. After a stretch of long weeks when your feet have earned it. During session, when the Capitol schedule leaves you one free hour and it needs to count. Or simply as the standing appointment that keeps you feeling put together. Many guests alternate: classic upkeep most visits, a premium tier when it matters.
Small add-ons, big difference
Gel polish, a French finish, or extra massage minutes can be added to most tiers. Mention add-ons when you book so we reserve enough time and you're never rushed.
