Collagen three ways: mask, socks, and gloves

Collagen shows up on the menu in three forms, and each targets a different moment of the service. The collagen cream mask goes on after the sugar scrub and rests under hot towels, so skin comes out of it noticeably softer. Collagen socks slip on near the end and hold that moisture against your heels while your polish finishes. The Palace, Tropical, and Royal pedicures all include the cream mask, and the Royal, 24K Gold Flakes, and Diamond VIP all close with collagen socks; the Royal adds a collagen massage lotion as well.

Collagen gloves do the same work for hands. They are warm and deeply hydrating, and they open the Diamond VIP, paired with a three minute hand massage before your feet settle into the Golden Glimmer soak. If you want the gloves without the full 70 minute service, you can add them to any manicure for $8.

The steam treatment

Steam is the rarest ritual on the list, reserved for the top two tiers. In the 24K Gold Flakes and Diamond VIP pedicures, a warm steam treatment surrounds your feet after the soak and before the scrub. Moist heat softens skin more thoroughly than water alone, so the sugar scrub that follows can smooth rough spots with less effort and the mask that comes after settles in more readily. It is a quiet step, easy to miss on a menu, and one of the clearest reasons those two services run 60 and 70 minutes.

Ten scents, one pleasant decision

On the Palace, Tropical, and Royal pedicures, you pick the scent that runs through your soak, scrub, and lotion: orange, green tea, tropical breeze, mango passionfruit, lemongrass, jasmine, peppermint, lavender, honey and milk, or pearl. Peppermint feels cool on a Florida summer afternoon, lavender reads quiet and calm, and honey and milk is the cozy pick guests reach for in cooler months. The top two tiers trade the choice for a signature line instead: the 24K Gold Flakes pedicure uses its golden flakes scrub, mask, and lotion, and the Diamond VIP runs on Golden Glimmer from the first soak to the last lotion.

The Diamond VIP finishing massages

Two rituals live only in the Diamond VIP. The fresh orange slice massage works actual orange slices over your skin, cool and bright with citrus against the warmth of everything that came before. The warm oil candle massage follows: a candle melts into warm massage oil, and your artist works it in as the service winds down.
